Accompanied by staff, faculty, and alumni, the Jacksonville State University Marching Southerners made their way to Normandy, France earlier this month to observe the 80th Anniversary of D-Day. The Southerners participated in several commemorative ceremonies including the D-Day Memorial Public Ceremony held at the Normandy American Cemetery and Le Concert de Liberation in Sainte Mere Eglise.
