The Writing Center will be hosting a series of workshops this semester. The workshops are free, virtual and in-person, and cover a variety of topics with the aim of helping correct common shortcomings amongst writers.

“Basics for ESL Writers” is the next workshop, on March 8. Held by Mr. Nick Cates, Director of the English Language Institute, this session will “explore ESL trouble spots in academic writing—in punctuation, vocabulary, grammar, and rhetoric—and find ways you can improve.”
