

There was great representation from the School of Arts and Humanities this year at the 2020 Student Symposium. Students showed great scholarship, curiosity, and creativity as they presented their work! Listed below are the award recipients.
Best of School of Arts and Humanities, Undergraduate: Miranda Ivey, presenting an exploration of “Andy Warhol’s Influence in the American Pop Art Culture.”
Best of School of Arts and Humanities, Graduate: Karine Parker, for her presentation on “How UI/UX Principles Can Be Applied to Non-traditional Projects in an Academic-centered Environment.”
Best Paper, Undergraduate: Olivia Sims, presenting “A Discussion of the Guggenheims: The Links between Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao.”
